Cancer 22nd June - 22nd July
On the other side of a lunar eclipse that may have taken you on an emotional roller coaster ride, Mercury's return to Cancer today is a chance to gain some equilibrium. Three weeks after leaving, Mercury retrogrades back in for a double dip visit, this time on the other side of any challenges and in time to make the final days of your birthday month count. With the Sun and Venus both leaving Cancer next week, this means that even after your birthday month is over there will still be time to make choices, decisions and plans for the coming year.
Normally spending just 14 to 15 days in Cancer each year, Mercury had already been here for three weeks before he left last month and now he has retrograded back in to spend another three weeks here. This is an extraordinarily long time that you get to spend with this smart and intellectually savvy planet at your side and in retrograde motion for the rest of the month, even offers a chance to return to the drawing board.
A day after a lunar eclipse put pressure on both the Sun and Venus in Cancer, the Moon is gone and the rebuilding has already begun. Mercury will retrograde back into Cancer tomorrow, with a chance then to get your head back in the game and around what has just happened. All you will know is that it feels like a breakthrough has been made, without being totally sure when, where or how. As Venus moves into a friendly alliance with dreamy Neptune, this will round off some of the sharp edges. In the meantime, this is a good day for income and job matters, especially if you don't rush things.
