Sometimes it’s easier to give a loved one the
benefit of the doubt, to give them one more chance,
especially when there are certain bits of them we’ve
become rather attached to. Rather than try to change
others it’s better, although not necessarily easier, to take
the initiative and change ourselves and watch people bounce
off a different us.

So if you’ve got a dream or vision, share it. Sure, some people might
think you’re nuts and run for cover, but some may stay, some may
even be able to help and be only too eager to jump aboard. It’s a
chance worth taking, if only to find out whom has your best interests
at heart. What have you got to lose?
