With Saturn leaving Leo and entering Virgo from September, this should correspond with an easing of the pressures of recent years. Next year you could become more involved with the financial affairs of your partner, and one of you may be supporting the other in some way. Be prepared to swallow a little pride and consider taking a more passive role within the relationship. It’s time to go out of your way for others generally, to cooperate and compromise more.

August is good for self-promotion but with Venus, ruler of your career zone retrograde from 28th July - 9th September, best to tie up loose ends and aim for the second half of September before moving forward with career initiatives. With Saturn entering Virgo at this time, indications are that you’ll be challenged to make the most of your skills, developing talents that have only been potentials till now. If you don’t want to end up a big fish in a small pond then you may be better off working more closely with others, and even letting others take the lead. The movement of Jupiter into Capricorn from December promises an improvement on the job front, as work becomes more rewarding and fulfilling. Dress to impress throughout April and May 2008.

Mercury governs your money zone so when retrograde financial complications can arise. At such times resist the temptation to spend money you haven’t got and don’t rush paperwork. Mercury goes retrograde 12th October - 2nd November when complications could occur on the property or domestic front; 29th January - 19th February when partnerships could be plagued by misunderstandings; 27th May - 19th June when unreliable information could be circulating. Keep your business affairs private or others may judge you more by your bank balance than ability, but don’t make the same mistake. You’ll have many priorities and may need to make your finances stretch that bit further.
